The retreat center is nestled inside plush tropical gardens surrounded by exquisite rice fields. Only a 7 minute drive from the center of Ubud and 20 minute walk into town , guests have quick access to Bali’s renowned cultural hub, but will feel far enough from the crowds and traffic to enjoy the magic and essence of rural Bali. In town, guests can enjoy the unique  spiritual and culinary delights of Bali’s cultural epicentre. Sample Itinerary: What can you expect a typical day to be like during our blissful yoga retreat in Ubud, Bali.
7:30am: Wake up and enjoy light snacks, coffee and tea in the lounge.   A great way to start the day!


8:00am: Meet in the yoga studio overlooking tropical rice fields.  We will guide you through a light pranayama practice to help clear your head before yoga practice.Our yoga practice will focus on different intentions each day from helping release your joints after the long flight to aligning the chakras so you feel energetically at your best.  We complete our practice with a short meditation, which always seems to be a retreat favorite!

9:45 am: We’ll walk to breakfast and enjoy the delicious buffet of traditional and non traditional Balinese dishes, fresh tropical fruits, smoothies, coffee, tea and juices.  Meet with retreat friends and set a loose plans for the day!


Afternoon: We have various daily excursions planned for your enjoyment. From exploring the local rice fields, hidden restaurants, and the best areas to shop. You will also have the option of visiting monkey forest, temples, an amazing bike tour through the rice field with a stop at a coffee plantation that specializes in the most expensive coffee in the world, Kopi luwak, we’ll show you Ubud like no one else can!

Evening: Most of the evenings we give you time to explore Bali and enjoy the many delicious restaurants throughout Ubud.  Other nights we have exciting dinners  and restorative yoga planned.
