ENCINITAS
Encinitas is considered the spiritual hub of San Diego, with lots of cultural, vegan, vegetarian, and raw food options. In the 1920's the famous swami landed here so don't forget to go to the self realization garden for some inspiration, silence, and a view of the expansive ocean. The local farmers Market is held every Sunday in Leucadia at Paul Ecke Elementary from 10-2pm. The market is located across the street from a locals favorite coffee shop and roastery, called the Panikkan.
