Things to know…

Flights: Flights are the responsibility of each student and is not included. Fly into Denpasar , Bali flights can range from$500-1,300 and tend to be less expensive if you buy in advance.

 Included transportation from the airport: shuttle will pick up the group around 2pm from Denpasar Airport. The retreat space is roughly an hour drive.  Pickup times will be semi flexible depending on everyone's flight info. Check in is at 3. There is a 7 minute walk from the main road to our Yoga Retreat Space, when you are dropped off there will be someone there on a motorbike to take your bags to your room. Departure from the Villa to the airport will be at 11 am.

You will need one clear page (per visa) in a full passport that is valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of your departure from Bali.

Banks: Make sure to inform your bank and credit card company when traveling internationally.


Lodging:  7 days, 6 nights at the peaceful Villa located in the rice fields only a 7 minutes drive to Ubud, Bali and 20 minute walk into town.  There is a 7 minute walk from the main road to our Yoga Retreat Space, but this can also be accessed by a motorbike. Plan on lots of walking as we are close enough to explore the local town and temples. DPS Airport is an hour away from our Villa.

A non-refundable non-transferable $500 is required to hold your space.  Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation your entire payment will be refunded besides the $500 deposit, 60 days prior to the event. Payments are non-refundable after September 14, 2020. Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance for your trip. There are many travel insurance companies to choose from but Travelex and STA are two reputable organizations for worldwide travel coverage. 

What is the weather like? Weather will be around 85 degrees but because we are in the tropics there is a chance of morning and afternoon showers


What do I need to bring?

Some helpful items to pack: swim suit, comfortable walking shoes, slip on shoes that you can do anything in, bug repellent, sunscreen, sunhat/sunglasses, yoga wear , loose, light comfy clothes in natural fibers that absorb perspiration are best. Almost anything can be purchased here. Above all, don’t forget the cardinal rule of traveling—pack light. You really don’t need all the extra stuff.


What if I arrive early or leave late? Happy to help make accommodation recommendations.


Can I stay longer? You can indeed, and it is recommended!
